Corporate Relationship ManagerWhat does a successful Corporate Relationship Manager do
As a Corporate Relationship Manager at Fiserv you act as a Partner in Possibility for our clients by owning an assigned portfolio of pivotal corporate accounts and delivering a client-first service proposition. Youll collaborate across teams to translate market insight into commercial opportunities drive retention and growth and ensure excellence in execution and performance oversight. We value proactive planners who bring strong commercial judgement and clear measurable outcomes.
What you will do:
Drive revenue generation and retention in line with portfolio plans and Fiserv strategic priorities
Manage and strengthen relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal partners to deliver on commitments
Maintain and execute rolling relationship plans capturing actions owners and measurable impact
Analyze market and sector information to identify targeted growth opportunities and service enhancements
Define and implement re-bid and retention strategies; lead periodic business reviews to monitor priorities and outcomes
Coordinate working reviews with Client Delivery and Client Solutions to ensure robust service models and documented SLAs
Identify escalate and resolve issues affecting targets or operational effectiveness; implement performance improvements
Own ongoing professional development to stay current with industry product and sector developments
What you will need to have:
Proven track record managing senior corporate relationships with demonstrable commercial outcomes (e.g. retention revenue growth)
Strong commercial acumen with consistent evidence of meeting or exceeding portfolio targets
Excellent influencing negotiation and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels
Solid planning prioritization and time-management skills within a collaborative corporate sales environment
Ability to analyze commercial and operational metrics to drive decisions and track progress against KPIs
What would be great to have:
Knowledge of acquiring payments or banking industry practices
Experience designing re-bid and retention strategies for large corporate accounts
Familiarity with CRM platforms and commercial analytics tools
Sector-specific expertise aligned to the assigned portfolio
Professional sales or industry certifications
