Job Description
Support the day-to-day activities for all Digital/ Trade requirements and ensuring the smooth running of all Operation activities/ Reports/ Communications.
Main responsibilites:
- Generating Delivery Dockets/ COCs for Digital & Trade.
- Issuing Labels to required Pallets/ Cartons.
- Booking Daily Despatches with Logistic Partners.
- Trader Order Management & Tracking.
- Updating Trade Order List with expected despatch dates.
- Obtain COA/DOC for each delivery from Trade Supplier.
- Management of Company KPIs regarding Delivery Performance.
- QC Check on all Job Dockets prior to despatch.
- Filing all Digital/ Trade Job Dockets & Samples.
- Ensuring all Purchase/ Sales Orders closed on Sage.
- Checking Job Dockets before releasing to Production.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be computer literate and previous experience of any Management Information System would be an advantage.
