Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train execution in a SAFe environment. The role involves coordinating multiple Agile teams managing dependencies and driving program-level delivery excellence with strong focus on automated release management.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning ART sync and Inspect & Adapt sessions
Manage cross-team dependencies risks and impediments
Drive Automated Release Management and CI/CD integration
Ensure release governance deployment readiness and version control
Provide program-level reporting to leadership

Required Skills

10 years in Agile delivery or program management
Proven experience as Release Train Engineer in SAFe environment
Strong expertise in Automated Release Management
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
