Youll operate in a lean agile environment partnering closely with cross-functional teams to identify the right problems to solve and deliver meaningful business value.

What youll do

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and regulatory requirements.
Analyse document and prioritise requirements that support the organisations long-term strategy and transformation initiatives.
Translate complex financial services and systems requirements into clear specifications process flows and use cases.
Support continuous product discovery and improvement through data customer insights and experimentation.
Identify dependencies and risks across the full lifecycle ensuring solutions are efficient and compliant.
Embed regulatory security and risk considerations into every aspect of the solution design.

What were looking for

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services banking or FinTech with deep understanding of systems and regulatory frameworks.
Hands-on experience in lean agile teams (Scrum Kanban or hybrid) driving real business outcomes.
Confident communicator able to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
Analytical and data-driven with the ability to balance quantitative insights and qualitative understanding.
