About the Team

Miros Sales Development team is a key part of our go-to-market strategy helping us identify engage and convert future power users and high-potential customers. As we expand our footprint across theDACH region we are looking for a dedicatedSales Development Representativeto join our team. Youll be focusing on the German Austrian and Swiss marketsareas where digital transformation and collaborative tools are becoming the backbone of business success.

This SDR role is essential for driving growth within this territory. You will work closely withAccount Executives Marketing and Product teamsto build meaningful connections and demonstrate how Miro can bridge the gap between strategy and execution for companies across the DACH landscape.

About the Role

Are you energised by the challenge of opening doors in one of Europes most influential markets As anSDR for the DACH region you will be the first point of contact for many potential Miro customers. Your mission is to uncover high-potential accounts engage key decision-makers and introduce them to the power of visual collaboration.

Youll be responsible for building a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting multi-threading into key stakeholders and delivering qualified opportunities to theAccount Executive (AE) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape our presence in the DACH market and make a lasting impact on Miros growth in this strategic region.

What youll do

  • Prospect into established companies and high-growth organizations across theDACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland)
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified pipeline opportunities per quarter to fuel AE success
  • Build strong relationships with department heads project leaders and IT stakeholders by deeply understanding their specific business needs and challenges
  • Leverage creative outbound strategiesincluding email phone LinkedIn and videoto initiate interest and spark authentic conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs and Marketing to refine regional messaging and uncover new opportunity spaces
  • Use tools likeSalesforce Outreach Sales Navigator & AI tools to manage your activity forecast pipeline and maintain high lead quality
  • Act as a market expert by staying updated on regional industry trends and sharing feedback from the field to influence our regional go-to-market strategy

What youll need

  • 12 years of experience in sales ideally within the tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong prospecting skills and a genuine love for the art of outbound engagement
  • Fluency in German and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the DACH region
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to earn trust quickly across various professional levels
  • Familiarity with sales tools likeSalesforce Outreach/Salesloft Sales Navigator & AI tools
  • A self-motivated and organized mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a high-ownership low-ego team setting
