UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Care mobile team to provide care to the community.
The UMass Memorial HealthRonald McDonald Care Mobiledelivers an innovative community-based model of medical services and preventive dental care to the vulnerablesocioeconomically disadvantageduninsuredand undocumented children and their families living in Worcester County.The CareMobile services 28 Worcester public and charter schools with nine neighborhood sites across the city and surrounding towns. Our routine sites include neighborhood and community centers churches and apartment complexes.
Theadvanced practiceposition needs to be anFNP or PA as we see children and adults with a minimum of 1-day shift per month which will be 6-7 hours (typically 9am-4pm) onthe CareMobile or in the community.We are seeking a per diem FNP or PA to cover our clinic 2-3 days per week (Tues Wed Thurs) from June to December 2026 with a reduced schedule of 1-2 days per month and vacation coverage as needed thereafter.

License/Certification/EducationRequirements:
ABachelorsdegree and Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current Massachusetts license issued by the Physician Assistant Board and current NCCPA certification.
A Mastersdegreeand graduation from an accreditedFamilyNurse Practitioner program.
Board Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are.
Preferred:
3-5 years of experience
