Software Developer (.NET)

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain modern applications and integrations using Microsoft and Azure technologies

• Collaborate with architects team leads and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives

• Build and enhance cloud-native event-driven systems using Azure Functions Service Bus and related patterns

• Lead configuration and integration of enterprise platforms (Duck Creek Salesforce ServiceNow)

• Design and implement APIs that meet enterprise standards for scalability reuse and security

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across modern and legacy systems

• Participate in code reviews testing and documentation to ensure high-quality maintainable solutions

• Mentor developers and promote best practices across the team

• Support CI/CD DevOps and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with QA vendors and integration partners to deliver seamless solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field

• 7 years of relevant IT experience; insurance (P&C) or financial services experience preferred

• Strong expertise in C# .NET (Blazor/Razor Entity Framework) SQL MVC Web API and Azure Functions

• Experience designing REST APIs microservices and enterprise integrations

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Azure Data Factory Blob Storage and cloud-native architectures

• Experience with Duck Creek (Billing Policy Claims Clarity) strongly preferred

• Proficiency with Git CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

• Advanced database skills (SQL Oracle DB2)

• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide on-call production support
