Job Summary
We are a leading European AI company developing large language models and generative platforms for enterprise and government clients.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will take ownership of building scalable accessible and high-quality user interfaces including chat-based AI experiences. You will work closely with product design and backend teams to deliver inclusive reliable and maintainable frontend systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain frontend applications using Vue 3 TypeScript Pinia and Vite
- Own and promote Accessibility (A11y) standards ensuring inclusive user experiences
- Develop and maintain chat-based user interfaces integrated with backend APIs
- Write and maintain End-to-End tests using Playwright
- Work within a Nx monorepo and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
- Ensure high code quality through reviews testing and best practices
- Optimize performance scalability and long-term maintainability
- Collaborate closely with designers backend engineers and product managers
Requirements:
- 4 years of professional frontend development experience (most of which should have been in a production setup with real customers)
- Strong expertise in (Vue 3) and TypeScript
- Proven experience implementing accessibility (A11y) standards
- Experience with state management (Pinia or similar)
- Solid experience with E2E testing (Playwright or equivalent)
- Strong CSS skills and experience with responsive design
- Experience working in monorepo environments (Nx or similar)
- Ability to take ownership and contribute at an architectural level
Nice to have:
- Experience building chat messaging or real-time interfaces
- Familiarity with WebSockets SSE or real-time data flows
- Experience with AI-powered user interfaces
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend performance optimization
