Principal Accountabilities
The Wastewater Treatment Operator is responsible for the smooth operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and includes the maintenance of various types of equipment
Excellent safety work performance and attendance records are required
Employees who have received a written warning or higher level of disciplinary action in the last year for safety work performance or attendance will not qualify as a candidate
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read/write/speak English
- Previous industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education
Preferred Qualifications
- Some mechanical ability or ability to learn
- Waste Water experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Monitor equipment and make adjustments to it as needed
