IT Systems AnalystOverview:
Under general supervision the IT Analyst will be collaborating with the Development Operations and IT support team to support our software applications. The IT Analyst works to ensure the efficient functioning of our computer systems by analyzing troubleshooting and enhancing software and data solutions. The IT Analyst will be responsible for system configuration builds testing report development and implementing updates in order to enhance the organizational value of the various software applications. They will participate in the implementation of new applications as well as upgrades and maintenance of existing applications. Develops and uses SQL skills to manage and manipulate data generate reports and support decision-making processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in resolving system related problems. Subject matter expert on their assigned applications such as CaseWorthy and RecoveryTrac. Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance system understanding and utilization. Analyze business requirements issues and workflows and apply application knowledge to meet operational and organizational needs. Proactively and independently troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests without direction.
Work closely with the project manager to assist with coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. Work with other IT team members to ensure the successful development testing and implementation of software solutions. Collaborate and develop strong relationships with end user communities vendors and business partners.
Analyze existing systems to identify issues bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Document application processes and maintain records. Identify opportunities to enhance customer usability efficiency and/or experience.
Ensure compliance to department and IT processes and quality standards while completing and reviewing project deliverables. Adhere to department standards for system configuration and change control.

Education:
Bachelors degree in a computer related major such as Computer Science Information Technology Management Information Systems or other related field.
OR
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of progressing work experience in a related field utilizing either CaseWorthy or RecoveryTrac case management tools.
Licensure:
Valid Drivers License (Texas upon hire)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Possess solid industry knowledge and demonstrable experience in application analysis.
Basic understanding of SQL Server data structures and TSQL.
Basic reporting skills such as extract and transform of datasets.
Ability to quickly learn additional skills to keep up to date on ever changing IT technologies.

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Full-Time Regular
Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hybrid work schedule.
Some flexibility with schedule.
Occasional extended hours and weekends on occasion.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office environment where the use of computers phones scanners and filing cabinets is routine.
Physical Demands:
Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
