Job description:
- Verantwortung für die Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Ersatzteilstammdaten Stücklisten und Serviceinformationen in SAP entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Steuerung und Koordination von Reparaturprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Servicepartnern
- Analyse von Service- Field- und Reparaturdaten zur Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support inklusive strukturiertem Ticketmanagement und Eskalation komplexer Sachverhalte
- Erstellung Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Reparaturdokumentationen sowie aktive Betreuung des globalen Servicepartnernetzwerks
Requirements:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im technischen Serviceumfeld idealerweise in der Lichttechnik im Reparaturbereich oder in der Produktbetreuung
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Analytische Denkweise strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Austausch
