The Outbound Call Officer is responsible for conducting outbound calls to automotive dealerships to collect pricing vehicle availability and stock information.
The role supports internal sales and sourcing teams by gathering accurate market data not by closing sales.
This is a research & verification role with structured scripts and clear call objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound dealership calls
- Call automotive dealerships according to a provided list
- Introduce yourself professionally and explain the purpose of the call
- Request and confirm:
- Vehicle pricing
- Availability (in stock / incoming / sold)
- Basic vehicle details (model year condition)
- Verify information for accuracy and consistency
Data collection & reporting
- Record pricing and availability in CRM or tracking sheets
- Flag discrepancies or missing information
- Update call outcomes and follow-up needs
- Maintain clean structured data
Process & compliance
- Follow approved call scripts and guidelines
- Respect call etiquette and professionalism
- Escalate complex or unclear cases to supervisors
2. Skills
- Good spoken English (clear understandable professional)
- Confident phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts and ask precise questions
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive outbound calls
Requirements
- Call center (outbound or research)
- Telemarketing or appointment setting
- Automotive BPO or sales support experience (asset)
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of completed calls per day
- Successful data collection rate
- Accuracy of pricing & availability data
- Script adherence
- Attendance & schedule reliability
