Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend services data pipelines and MySQL databases
Contribute to scalable architecture and system reliability
Own features end-to-end design build deploy improve
Support CI/CD and production stability
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Build dashboards and internal tools for decision-making
Integrate data systems across teams
Leverage AI/GenAI tools to enhance productivity
Document work and continuously improve systems

You are a hands-on builder who enjoys solving real-world problems through scalable backend systems and clean data workflows. You take ownership from idea to deployment thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable learning new tools quickly. You care about reliability performance and building systems that create measurable impact.

Must-Haves

02 years of software/data engineering experience (internships/projects included)
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Understanding of backend development and APIs
Experience with MySQL and Git/GitHub
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to AWS or GCP and CI/CD processes
Experience building data pipelines or dashboards
Familiarity with backend frameworks (Flask/FastAPI or similar)
Exposure to GenAI or AI tools

Not a Fit

You avoid debugging or improving existing systems
You are uncomfortable in fast-paced evolving environments
You resist feedback or collaborative code reviews
