Key Responsibilities
Deliver developmentally appropriate child-centred instruction
Foster early literacy and numeracy within a bilingual framework
Create a safe warm and inclusive classroom culture
Monitor and assess student progress using formative and observational strategies
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff
Maintain proactive communication with parents
Contribute to the schools extracurricular programme (Arts Sport Leadership)
Engage in continuous professional growth
Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare
Promote a culture of respect inclusion and academic integrity
Requirements
Bachelor of Education () or equivalent teaching degree
Valid teaching license/certification from a recognised authority (e.g. OCT QTS State License)
Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience
Fluency in English (professional proficiency)
