Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and organize incoming medical supplies and equipment
- Prepare and fulfill internal orders for hospital departments
- Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g. pallet jacks forklifts)
- Follow safety protocols and healthcare regulations
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and compliant with hospital standards
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to meet daily targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Assistant Inventory Clerk or Warehouse Worker
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
- Ability to handle physical tasks safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of hospital or healthcare supply chain protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital warehouse environment
- Forklift certification or training in warehouse equipment operation
- Knowledge of medical supply inventory standards and procedures
