Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to provide behavioral services for a school in St. Lucie Florida.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the school administration to provide services to students for the exceptional student department in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university in behavior analysis psychology education or a related field.
Completion of approved behavior-analytic coursework (typically verified course sequences).
Completion of supervised fieldwork hours under the oversight of a qualified BCBA.
Maintain certification through continuing education and compliance with ethical standards.
Ability to practices under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities:
Support administration of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related data collection to identify patterns and intervention needs.
Help implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs.
Monitor student behavior data to assess progress and make recommendations for treatment adjustments.
Support and coach RBTs and school staff in consistent ABA strategy application and data collection procedures.
Work collaboratively with teachers specialists families and administrators to integrate behavior-change strategies into educational environments.
Ensure ethical documented and compliant ABA practice including participation in team meetings and preparation of reports as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.
