Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
- Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment
- Collaborate with a treatment team including directors parents and other support networks
- Provide training supervision and support to clinicians and therapists
- Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress
- Balance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Masters degree with completed ABA coursework
- Required: Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid drivers license and reliable insured transportation
- Excellent leadership interpersonal problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus
- Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed
- Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
