Job Summary

Overview

Our clients are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support their residence in Southampton. This role can be structured as seasonal full-time (April/MaySeptember/October) or full-time year-round with the ability to work between Southampton and Glen Head NY. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work is reliable and understands the expectations of maintaining a high-end home to a consistently high standard.

Schedule:

School Year: MondayFriday 7/8am3/4pm
Summer: Schedule to include weekends (with two weekdays off) and flexibility for early or late shifts as needed

Responsibilities include:

Full-charge housekeeping including cleaning organizing and maintaining all living spaces
Laundry ironing and wardrobe care
Maintaining household supplies and notifying when items need replenishing
Assisting with light household tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the home
Ensuring the home is guest-ready at all times particularly during the summer season

Qualifications:

Candidates local to the Southampton area are strongly preferred
A minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience in either private residences or luxury hospitality
Strong English speaking skills
Excellent references from previous employers
Willing to undergo an in-depth background investigation
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Non-smoker (no smoking or vaping)
Physically able to perform job duties (standing lifting climbing stairs bending etc.)

Compensation: $45/hour
