Job Summary
Start your career development and become Tetra Paks next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in September 2026! Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in Lahore - Pakistan. You will onboard in an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to specific projects and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
What you will do
- Overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical leadership to technicians for machine troubleshooting root cause analysis and effective countermeasures.
- Drive innovation to improve machine reliability.
- Participate in WCM activities
We believe you have
- Fresh or 01 year of experience in maintenance department.
- Bachelors degree education in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering (Graduated in 2025-2026)
- Automation knowledge. (preferable Siemens PLC and Scada)
- Siemens AC drive control. (Samanics control)
- WCM knowledge and application
- Project Management skills
- Willing to work with own hands & shifts
- A Team Player quick Learner and someone with strong drive and ownership
- Apt with computer and soft skills including MS Excel PBI Power Point
- Good communication skills
