We are seeking a PCV Service Engineer to join our Service & Aftermarket team in PNG. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement helping mining operations get the most from their pumps cyclones and valves. You will provide advanced site support troubleshoot complex issues and identify opportunities that contribute to customer success and business growth.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the primary on-site technical resource for PCV products.
Build and maintain strong trust-based customer relationships.
Conduct proactive equipment inspections and audits.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide leads to the sales team.
Troubleshoot and optimize PCV performance to minimize downtime.
Support pump cyclone and valve conversions by showcasing technical benefits.
Record site activities inspections and opportunities in the CRM system.
Prepare structured technical reports and share insights with sales colleagues.
What You Bring
Technical or trade qualification in mechanical process or related engineering field.
Hands-on experience with pumps cyclones or valves in a mining or heavy industry environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
Proactive customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
