Job Summary
- Development and testing of software for semiconductor equipment
- Software deployment and commissioning at customer sites
- Collection of customer requirements for continuous software improvement
- Acceptance testing and software training for customers
- Software support and troubleshooting in production environments
- Remote and onsite support using diagnostic tools
- Creation of technical documentation and service reports
- Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or comparable qualification
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial software development
- Experience with user interface development and uptime analysis tools
- Production support experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong skills in C C C# using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Azure / TFS code server management
- Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC development and debugging
- Knowledge of TwinCAT System Manager
- Experience with OPC servers for machine-to-GUI interfaces
- Experience with SECS/GEM (ICE and GEM standards)
- Experience with Enterprise Architect or Microsoft Visio
- Confident handling of AnyDesk and TeamViewer for remote support
- Willingness to travel to unanticipated worksites (up to 50% in U.S.) or relocation to a long-term project might be required
