Job Description:
Moving and setting up tables and equipment for nightclub. Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service experience. Acting as role model to other employees and always presenting oneself as a credit to Harrahs.
Knowledge Skills & Education Preferred: |
Must be able to interact with people. Good communication skills. Mobility and dexterity to move large heavy objects. Ability to read and speak English clearly. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 to 75 pounds continuously. Ability to work independently. Previous hotel or houseman experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to continuously stand and maneuver in confined area.
- Ability to frequently push or pull 75lbs.
- Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to continually stand and/or walk entire shift.
- Must be able to work a fluctuating schedule that includes nights weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in hot or cold environment.

Licensing and Certification Required:
Employees may be required to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license. The initial license is paid for by the employee through payroll deduction. All subsequent renewals for the license are paid by Harrahs North Kansas City.
