Logistics Coordinator
Summary of role:
Were looking for a motivated detail-oriented team player who thrives on delivering exceptional serviceboth to customers and colleagues. As an Logistics Coordinator within our Sales Department youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of promotional product orders. This role requires someone who is adaptable proactive and driven to exceed expectations. Youll be backed by innovative tools and technologies that empower you to deliver quick seamless solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue purchase orders to vendors using our CRM platform Syncore
Communicate with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
Clean and format raw data from our redemption site using Excel
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to coordinate multi-location dropship orders
Understand domestic and international shipping logistics and requirements
Support Finance with billing discrepancies and vendor invoice resolution
Partner with the Sales Team to deliver top-notch customer service and communication
Work closely with Shipping Receiving Kitting and Embroidery departments to ensure on-time accurate fulfillment
Requirements:
12 years of business experience (industry experience is a plus but not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (VLOOKUP skills required)
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and order management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems
Fast learner with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
High energy team-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
