Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil Telugu or Kannada. The role involves assisting customers resolving queries and promoting products/services to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in Tamil Telugu or Kannada and provide support.
- Resolve queries address complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell products/services through effective communication.
- Maintain call records and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil Telugu or Kannada (anyone or multiple).
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer support or sales (preferred).
- Undergraduates & fresh graduates can apply.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
