The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.The Analyst will support the Production Control Tower (PCT) by contributing to key risk and control management activities. This role is responsible for performing detective reviews related to KYC process breaks coordinating with external reviewers and identifying emerging risks across core workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Review detective reports to identify KYC or process breaks
- Lead escalations and remediation efforts for identified gaps
- Ensure timely issue escalation and support corrective action plans
- Support new projects and initiatives including enhancements to monitoring reporting and control processes
- Assist in executing thirdparty reviews such as:
- Risk and Control SelfAssessments (RCSA)
- Control testing
- Internal Audit reviews
- Apply working knowledge of risk taxonomies inherent risk rationales control design and control descriptions
- Demonstrate the ability to manage workstreams endtoend even when information or oversight is limited
- Identify obstacles proactively and collaborate with partners to develop viable solutions
- Work effectively both independently and in a team environment interacting constructively with stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel or technical skills
- Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus
Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
The typical base pay range for this role is between $72K - $82K depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
