Overview
Love a fast-paced route-style day helping multiple clients As a Transportation & Short-Shift Specialist youll keep seniors active and independent while maintaining a consistent predictable schedule near home.

Primary duties

Safe transportation and escort to medical/therapy appointments and errands
Short ADL/IADL visits: light housekeeping meal prep med reminders check-ins
Clear documentation in app; proactive communication with office
Basic mobility assistance and safe transfers; fall-prevention awareness

Valid drivers license & insurance; reliable vehicle
Clean driving record; confident in local navigation
Smartphone for scheduling app; punctual and organized
CNA/HHA; strong customer-service mindset required
Current CPR and State required courses
