Job Description Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role as a strategic business partner to Sales leaders within a complex fast paced healthcare environment. This position supports decision making through financial planning forecasting performance analysis and insightful reporting helping drive business growth margin improvement and operational efficiency.

Location: Mississauga ON (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Director Finance FP&A

Job Description

Perform detailed monthly financial variance analysis (actual vs. budget forecast and prior year) identifying key drivers and trends
Lead quarterly forecasting as well as the annual budgeting process for assigned sales channels
Develop insights to support revenue growth margin improvement initiatives
Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Operation team supporting datadriven decisionmaking
Provide strategic financial analysis to evaluate performance risks and opportunities
Prepare management reporting package. Deliver clear concise financial insights KPIs and recommendations to senior leadership
Responsible for adhoc analytical requests from Sales leadership and Finance
Support the monthend close process including journal entries and accruals
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in accordance with internal controls and accounting standards
Participate in crossfunctional initiatives and complete other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

5 years of FP&A/financial modelling experience
University graduate from relevant field
CPA Designation preferred
Collaborative adaptable strong business acumen and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
SAP Power BI experience an asset

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$81600.00 - $122400.00 Annual
