Job Description Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role as a strategic business partner to Sales leaders within a complex fast paced healthcare environment. This position supports decision making through financial planning forecasting performance analysis and insightful reporting helping drive business growth margin improvement and operational efficiency.

Reporting to: Director Finance FP&A

Job Description

  • Perform detailed monthly financial variance analysis (actual vs. budget forecast and prior year) identifying key drivers and trends

  • Lead quarterly forecasting as well as the annual budgeting process for assigned sales channels

  • Develop insights to support revenue growth margin improvement initiatives

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Operation team supporting datadriven decisionmaking

  • Provide strategic financial analysis to evaluate performance risks and opportunities

  • Prepare management reporting package. Deliver clear concise financial insights KPIs and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Responsible for adhoc analytical requests from Sales leadership and Finance

  • Support the monthend close process including journal entries and accruals

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in accordance with internal controls and accounting standards

  • Participate in crossfunctional initiatives and complete other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of FP&A/financial modelling experience

  • University graduate from relevant field

  • CPA Designation preferred

  • Collaborative adaptable strong business acumen and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency

  • SAP Power BI experience an asset

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$81600.00 - $122400.00 Annual
