Responsibilities:

Monitor daily throughput tallies against SAP entries via ZVR2 to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Segregate gate pass copies between PMRMB and PFISBand verify DT quantities and product types daily prior to submission to Customs.
Review diversion loadsto ensure proper reversals and liaise with PIC on any discrepancies identified.
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) for incoming items such as stationery PPE and pantry supplies as well as Service Entry Sheets (SES) for maintenance services rendered.
Coordinate and verify dailymanpower supply timesheets for Fuel operations and prepare claim summaries.
Perform weekly spot checks on numbered seals and DTs issued to tank trucks to ensure compliance with delivery requirements.
Prepare and submit monthly subsidy documentation to Customs and coordinate with the Tax department to ensure timely submission.
Provide Safety Induction Training (SIT) for Fuel and LPG drivers as required and assist with driver pass collection.
Track calibration schedules for Fuel and LPG equipment in accordance with procedural intervals and notify the maintenance team when action is required.
Coordinate terminal events and functions such as safety programmes and anniversary dinners.
Conduct internal Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing at the Fuel Office.
Maintain and update clerical files and documentation including PO/LVPO logs and PPE issuance records.
Manage and update bulletin boards at Fuel and LPG offices.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Terminal Manager or Terminal Manager.

We are looking for candidates with these qualifications:

SPM/ Diploma / Technical Certificatein a relevant field is a minimum requirement.
Min 0-2years of experience in related field or equivalent.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the SAP system and is proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates initiative strong interpersonal skills industriousness and effective communication proficiency.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to work at Port Dickson Terminal
