GEO Group Australia is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Rehabilitation and Reintegration (R&R) Manager to provide strategic leadership innovation and coordinated oversight of R&R services across our Victorian facilities: Ravenhall Correctional Centre Fulham Correctional Centre and the Bridge Centre.
Reporting to the General Manager Ravenhall Correctional Centre this senior role influences organisation-wide rehabilitation and reintegration practice. You will work closely with other leaders to translate GEOs strategic direction into consistent evidence-informed service delivery that supports improved outcomes for people in our care.

Strategic Leadership & Direction
- Provide expert advice on the design delivery and continuous improvement of (R&R) services across all GEO centres.
- Lead strategic initiatives that translate organisational priorities into consistent operational R&R practice.
- Offer clinical leadership and expert consultation in rehabilitation reintegration and continuum of care.
- Ensure R&R practice aligns with evidence-based models contractual requirements and GEOs integrated service delivery framework.
Program Design Collaboration & Implementation
- Lead a coordinated cross-centre approach to R&R services to ensure consistency innovation and best-practice delivery.
- Develop and oversee R&R projects that support improved outcomes for people in GEOs care.
- Manage high-level service agreements (e.g. chaplaincy cultural programs specialist providers).
- Strengthen collaboration between centres through shared resources and streamlined processes.
- Review and support implementation of contractual changes impacting R&R.
Continuous Improvement & Data-Informed Practice
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all R&R teams and programs.
- Analyse R&R performance data to guide planning resource use and service delivery enhancements.
- Monitor service performance using KPIs SDOs and contractual requirements ensuring standards are consistently met.
- Support development of innovative service models including outreach community engagement and integrated care pathways.
- Ensure timely implementation of policy and accreditation changes across all GEO sites.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with community organisations academic partners and external service providers.
- Represent GEOs R&R work at professional forums conferences and sector engagement events.
- Strengthen GEOs community-facing identity through partnerships and proactive engagement.
This role combines leadership clinical expertise system influence and meaningful impact.
Ravenhall Correctional Centre is a national leader in rehabilitation offering an integrated service system that spans in-custody treatment through to post-release support. With diverse prisoner profiles specialist units and strong partnerships with respected sector organisations the work is both challenging and deeply meaningful.
Working in this role means playing a central part in GEOs mission to help people turn their lives around and supporting the teams who deliver that impact every day.
Please note: This role is based within correctional settings and will involve direct engagement with prisoners. A security clearance isrequired.

- Deep knowledge of contemporary correctional practice evidence-based interventions and reintegration pathways.
