The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $70125 - $102850 annually at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Own the indirect procurement budget and supplier relationships allocated for North America
Process purchase requests and convert them into purchase orders using SAP
Lead solicitation processes assess supplier bids develop comparisons and present sourcing recommendations
Negotiate contracts and handle supplier agreements to support cost quality and service goals
Develop and implement local category and subcategory strategies coordinating closely with regional and category departments
Identify and deliver opportunities for reducing expenses and avoiding costs through spend analysis and supplier negotiations
Maintain contract transparency by reviewing terms conditions and validity on a regular basis
Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes tools and ways of working
A bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of demonstrated procurement experience preferred.
Experience in indirect procurement or category procurement ideally within a manufacturing environment
Proven success in supplier negotiations and contract management at local and international levels
Strong communication teamwork and presentation skills
An analytical organized approach with the ability to manage priorities effectively
Solid understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office tools
