Were seeking a hands-on channel sales leader to grow and lead our indirect partner ecosystem across the Americas.

The Role

As Manager Channel Sales & Partnerships you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers

  • Build and execute the Americas indirect channel strategy

  • Recruit enable and manage high-impact partners

  • Drive recurring and new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions

  • Support complex enterprise opportunities (including >$1B global manufacturers outside the U.S.)

  • Align partner capabilities to digital transformation quality SPC and operational excellence initiatives

This role blends strategic leadership with frontline executionyoull actively engage in partner development executive relationship building and enterprise deal support.

What Youll Bring

  • 8 years of channel business development and/or enterprise software sales experience

  • 3 years leading partner-facing or enterprise sales teams

  • Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations

  • Proven success in value-based or consultative selling

  • Strong forecasting pipeline management and executive presence

  • Willingness to travel across the Americas

Multilingual capability is a plus.
