We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently we arelookingforpartners/engineersforonsite support services in and around to assist our clients.
Location: MALOLOS CITY
Mode: Dispatch (Casual ticket based). We have a ticket on 6th Sep25 to handle proper shutdown and restart of server computers before/after PDU replacement
Dispatch/Adhoc Requirement:
- Exp in handling proper shutdown and restart of server computers before/after PDU replacement
- Exp in handling desktop/network/firewall issues
- Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
- Install patches
- Software and Hardware Break Fix
- Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
- Basics of Wi-Fi
- Basics of networks LAN WAN Switch and Router Configuration
- Install and administer MS Office
- Business English with local language
Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site:
- Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
- Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used make sure drivers are properly installed
- Laptop should have following program/software installed
- Putty
- Team Viewer
- TFTP server
- Screw Driver Set
- Internet data Card
- TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX
Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc backfill projects and the scope of work varies fromclient to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
