Tucson AZ Full-Time
$20.00 $22.00 per hour commission
- Perform residential irrigation system inspections and diagnostics
- Identify leaks coverage issues pressure problems and inefficiencies
- Present repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally
- Create accurate proposals and close approved work
- Educate homeowners on water-efficient irrigation solutions
- Document findings with photos and detailed notes
- Manage daily schedule routes and proposal follow-ups
- Follow Conserva Irrigation standards and best practices
- 3 years of hands-on irrigation experience (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of drip and spray irrigation systems
- Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Sales or estimating experience in irrigation landscaping or home services
- Knowledge of water-efficient irrigation practices and system optimization
- Experience with smart irrigation controllers and advanced control systems
- $20.00 $22.00 per hour based on experience
