Position Summary:
The Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in driving the execution of product development initiatives. Reporting to the Director of PMO this role ensures that cross-functional projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with strategic businessobjectives. The Project Manager will work closely with product technical design operations and marketing teams to manage timelines risks and resources across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercialization.
Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans schedules and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitatecollaboration across product technical design supply chain and marketing teams.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals and product roadmaps.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to PMO Director and stakeholders.
Support governance processes including gate reviews and executive reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred.
5 years of experience in program or project management preferably in product development environments.
Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiencyin project management tools and software.
