Position Overview

As the communitys steward RA is responsible for maintaining the quality of life in Reston chiefly by caring for and administering the communitys most precious asset - its real property.
At RA our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are actively seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team! This role manages and delivers multiple smallscale capital projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate contractors and internal teams (e.g. Aquatics Tennis Construction and Grounds Maintenance) oversee schedules and budgets support procurement and contracting and ensure compliance with plans specifications permitting and safety standards. Youll also assist the Capital Projects Senior Manager with the Associations multiyear capital plan prepare Board and public communications and represent RA with design professionals and regulatory agencies.
This is a fulltime position (40 hours/week). Work is performed in both office and field settings with occasional evening or weekend hours to support project schedules public meetings and seasonal workloads.
