Job Summary

Clean and Clear Operative - 6 month FTC

You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment painting and minor damp prevention in tenants properties and empty properties you will also be responsible for clearing and cleaning empty properties (voids) including external spaces and outside of the property this will include checking and clearing loft spaces removing all furniture white goods carpets and general waste.

  • 39 hourweek working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday

  • Start at 26 days annual leave increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays

  • Van Fuel card Uniform & Tools provided

  • Key must haves full clean driving licence

Whatyoullbe doing

  • You willassistwith the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customers tenancycoming to an end.

  • You willmaintaina high standard off cleanlinesswithinthe homes youare responsible for; making sure it meets health & safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in.

  • Change locks & fit key safes making sure the home is secure.

  • Applying mould treatment.

  • Treating low level damp.

  • Removing defective decoration damage by mould.

  • Clear & tidy the gardens and external spaces outsides of the homes e.g. strimming cutting grass hedge cutting removing rubble filling ponds & levelling soil

  • You will remove any items left within the home and make sure that they are disposed of correctly following health and safety guidance.

  • You willbe responsible formaintainingappropriate documentationand records for any weigh in waste in accordancewith GreatPlaces Environmental Management Policies and Procedures.

  • Treating our homes with respectmaintaininghigh standardsof health and safety & reporting any concerns to your line manager.

  • You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition.

Whatyoullneed

  • A full cleandriverslicence

  • Ability to work as part of a team or on your own

  • Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.

  • Similar experience ideal but not essential

  • Demonstrate a positivecan doattitude
