Job Summary

Your mission

You communicate with our customers in writing and by telephone
You maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo)
You handle the administration and onboarding of new customers in the procurement portals
You process supplier questionnaires and keep our corresponding information database up-to-date
You develop templates and translations
You assist with process descriptions
You also lend us a hand in the area of Customer Trainings.
For our annual Checkmk Conference you help with ticket sales and provide support before during and after the conference
You take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with various colleagues and thereby support our Sales Team

Your profile

You are registered as a student (m/f/d) in a commercial course of study or in a course of study related to IT
You like to help customers and colleagues and your communication skills are very good
You have an independent and structured way of working
You speak and write German fluently and also have a good knowledge of English
At best you have already gained experience in a similar function
You dont let a bit of chaos get you down and you keep a cool head when the house is on fire
