Business Management IVM Analyst Investment Management Towers (m/f/d)

About the Role
As an Analyst Investment Management Towers (m/f/d) within Business Management IVM you will support strategic financial and operational initiatives related to infrastructure and investment topics. You will work in a dynamic environment with high visibility at senior management and board level contributing directly to business model development investment decisions and value-creation programs.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development of tower/infrastructure business units including strategic positioning M&A activities and operational efficiency programs
- Manage analyze and further develop business plans forecasts and monthly financial reports
- Contribute to the evaluation of M&A opportunities including financing structures company valuation models and strategic rationale
- Provide analytical insights to define financial and business targets for management teams
- Support the preparation of board and supervisory board materials as well as executive-level presentations
- Participate in carve-out projects and structural transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders investors and partners
- Conduct market competitive and industry analyses
- Translate complex data and findings into clear decision-making materials for senior leadership
Your Profile
- Completed university degree ideally in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance Strategy M&A Private Equity or Management Consulting; infrastructure know-how is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance principles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
- Basic understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
