Senior Sales Executive Commercial - CEE (Austria & Eastern Europe)

What youll do

As a Senior Account Executive you play a critical role in SAPs strategy to scale commercial sales through a strong partner ecosystem. You work closely with fullservice SAP partners who own the complete customer lifecycle from lead generation and sales through to implementation and ongoing support enabling them to successfully sell and deliver SAP CX solutions across the commercial market.

You support partners with enablement across the SAP Customer Experience portfolio including Engagement Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud ensuring they are confident capable and successful in the field. Alongside this you actively support highervalue commercial deals partnering with customers and partners to present solutions manage complex conversations and negotiate opportunities.

Working across Austria and Eastern Europe you collaborate with a large and diverse partner landscape balancing handson sales support with strategic enablement. While this is not a quotacarrying role your impact directly contributes to regional and global CX growth targets making you a key driver of SAPs partnerled commercial success.


What you bring

  • 3 years experience of working for a corporate SaaS vendor in the CX space.
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience CRM sales service or commerce solutions
  • Proven ability to support and influence complex B2B sales cycles including presentations and negotiations
  • Experience enabling coaching or supporting partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Confidence engaging with senior customer stakeholders on highvalue commercial opportunities
  • Strong collaboration communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities across a broad geographic territory

Additional experience working with midmarket or commercial customers and familiarity with indirect sales models is highly beneficial.

You will join a team of seven Senior Sales Executives led from Munich and be part of a wider community of approximately 45 Territory Engagement Managers covering the full SAP Cloud portfolio. The team is collaborative international and focused on building longterm partner success as SAP continues its transition to a partnerfirst commercial model.
