Artesian Place our lovely Assisted Living community located in Olympia WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This position would involve coordinating care and services for our residents. Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid HCA or CNA license;
- Minimum three years of experience as a Medication Aide;
- Must pass a criminal background check;
- Must respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents rights;
- Must be able to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds routinely and bend twist stoop kneel and reach;
- Outstanding written and oral skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions;
- Must possess a working current knowledge of state regulations;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Preferred but not required:
- Associates degree (or equivalent) in a related field;
- Experience in management within long-term care elder care or home health care;
- Experience writing or assisting with negotiated service agreements
