This is an exciting opportunity to train and launch new B2B field sellers into the SMB market while working with a major energy client. Youll coach hunter closers in the field build early momentum and help reps winwithout nights weekends or door-to-door grind.
Leadership Role
- Train and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
- Develop hunter closers focused on new logo acquisition
- Lead ride-alongs real-time coaching and field execution
- Reinforce tablet-based selling CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance
Who You Are
- 3 years training B2B field sales in the field
- Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers
- Comfortable with tablets CRM and digital sales tools
- High energy confident and leads by example
- Ready to move beyond D2D nights and weekends
Compensation Overview
- $80K$110K OTE (base commission training overrides)
