Role Overview

The Head of Proposition Innovation is a senior leader accountable for setting shaping and delivering the end-to-end proposition innovation and transformation strategy focused on M&Gs packaged solutions portfolio.

This elevated role demands strong strategic foresight decisive leadership and the ability to rapidly convert insight into clear evidence-based proposals that drive commercial performance and customer value. Operating with pace clarity and influence the role is responsible for defining a multi-year proposition strategy creating the rationale behind strategic choices and ensuring robust and timely execution through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Proposition Strategy Development: Lead the definition and evolution of a compelling insight-driven multi-year proposition innovation strategy with clear rationale and robust strategic justification.
  • Accelerated Delivery & Transformation Execution: Translate strategy into a focused pacey roadmap with accelerated speed-to-value.
  • Governance Controls & Risk Management: Lead insight-driven oversight across the value chain ensuring customer fair value regulatory compliance and commercial performance.
  • Strategic Influence & Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Operate as a senior strategic adviser and drive strategic alignment across Pricing Finance Risk Digital Operations Distribution Marketing and Change.
  • Leadership Culture & People Development: Inspire a high-performing team and build a future-focused inclusive and innovative proposition culture.
