Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and take a lead role in designing implementing and optimising Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

In this role you will work closely with business leaders IT teams and end-users to translate requirements into scalable secure and user-friendly solutions with a focus on modern workplace transformation adoption and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design configuration and deployment of Microsoft 365 services including but not limited to: SharePoint Online Teams Exchange Online OneDrive for Business and Power Platform.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for M365 architecture migration and integration projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements translate them into technical solutions and create detailed documentation.
• Ensure compliance security and governance best practices across the M365 environment.
• Conduct workshops training sessions and adoption programs for end-users and administrators.
• Support and mentor junior medior and senior consultants sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.

Qualifications :

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record (5 years) in Microsoft 365 consulting architecture and project delivery.
• In-depth expertise in one or more M365 areas (SharePoint Online Teams Exchange Online Power Platform Security & Compliance).
• Experience with migrations from on-premises to M365 cloud services.
• Strong understanding of identity management security and governance in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-100 MS-700 MS-900 PL-200) are highly valued.
