The PSO (Product Service Operations) COE Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting regional financial planning and analysis for recurring revenue streams. This position is responsible for managing reporting processes conducting in-depth analysis and collaborating across functions to ensure accurate forecasting and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Services Revenue Analysis:

Manage regional financial reporting and analysis for actuals forecasts and planning of recurring revenue.
Own reporting and forecasting of Annual Contract Value (ACV).
Perform trend analysis and comparative reviews at the customer and product level

Controllership & Accounting:

Review general ledger and billing data by customer across the region.
Collaborate with the controllership team on accruals adjustments and revenue bookings.
Conduct monthly variance analysis of billings and revenue by customer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Support Sales Operations in contract renewals and billing data validation.
Partner with the Customer Success team to update entitlements and improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor the services sales funnel and track changes impacting revenue.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (in progress or graduated) in Finance Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics or financial analysis.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
Experience in data and information management.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Ability to identify anomalies and provide actionable insights.
Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
