本職缺隸屬於 AECOM 台灣的建築與人居環境部 (Building Places)部門專注於提供綜合性的建築設計城市發展與基礎設施規劃服務我們秉持 AECOM 全球的專業標準以創新永續與卓越品質為核心致力於打造安全宜居且高效的環境

職務內容

• 擔任監造主任負責公共道路的土建工程現場監造與管理確保工程進度與施工品質符合計畫與規範要求
• 進行施工品質查核與估驗確保各項施工項目達到設計與技術標準
• 參與施工會議進行技術討論與協調並提供技術支援與問題解決建議
• 釐清施工疑義提供專業建議並協助解決工程現場問題
• 督導施工廠商執行工地安全衛生管理落實職安法規確保作業安全
• 撰寫並提交工程進度報告記錄施工過程與品質檢驗結果

Qualifications :

條件要求

• 5 年或以上公共工程(道路或土建)相關現場監造與管理經驗
• 具備專科或大學學歷土木建築或景觀相關科系畢業
• 熟悉施工品質查驗進度管控與工地安全衛生規範具備解決施工過程中問題的能力
• 流利中文及簡單英文能力良好的溝通與協調能力能與業主設計單位及承包商保持良好合作
• 熟悉AutoCAD ExcelOutlookPowerPoint 和 Word能夠有效運用這些工具進行工作匯報與溝通

證照需求

公共工程品質管理人員 及 營造業勞工安全衛生業務主管資格證照

• 上班時間星期一至五 8:30 至 17:30
• 合約性質此職缺為正式聘用(Permanent)並視專案階段需求調整
