CGS is seeking a skilledAll-Source Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expertto serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership providing subject-matterexpertisein intelligence gathering analysis and reporting. This roleis responsible forprogrammatic development quality control and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC this role you willalso ensure intelligence products are actionableaccurate and aligned with client needs whilemaintainingsituational awareness across operational areas.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Research develop and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders commanders and staff.
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness toaccomplishSpecial Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
- Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO) Integrated Deterrence Tactical Combat Operations (TCO) Security Impact Analysis (SIA) Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and crisis response operations and missions.
- Demonstrate level ofproficiencyin proven analytic techniques current analytic tools production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments finished intelligence products papers presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings asrequiredand specified in the below qualifications.
- May berequiredtoserve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.
- Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.
- Enforce requirementsfocusingthe team of intelligence analysts.
- Ensure quality control of products.
- Providestrong organizational skills and administrative oversight.
- Direct the analytical team inidentifyingtrends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.
- Research develop and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis GEOINT HUMINT SIGINT OSINT/PAI political/military analysis and support to targeting.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis.
- Assistin directing requirementsfocusingthe team of intelligence analysts and ensuring quality control of products.
- Work as a part of a team toidentifytrends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies such as NSA CIA or DIA.
- At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
- Superiorproficiency knowledge understanding and experience with current all-source analytical techniques theory methodologies processes and trends.
- Demonstratessuperiorproficiencyand knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- 3or more years of experience writing formalfinished intelligence assessments (e.g. whitepapers targeting packages or other serialized finished intelligence products).
- Demonstratesexperience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
