Summary: This position manages all workflow in specified department. Assists Department Supervisor in overseeing assigning followup and checking work and participate in production or other production support segment of operations. The objectives for this position are to assist as coach and facilitator to group responsible for continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality according to customer requirements by performing the following duties. Other projects may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mathematical Skills:
Solve problems that require one or two operations. Multiply negative numbers. Calculate averages simple ratios simple proportions or rates using whole numbers and decimals. Add commonly known fractions decimals or percentages (e.g. 1/2 .75 25%). Add up to three fractions that share a common denominator. Multiply a mixed number by a whole number or decimal. Put the information in the right order before performing calculations.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Able to operate and/or use the following instruments and equipment: utility knife industrial staple gun industrial glue gun. Must be able to read machine gauges and interpret readings.

- Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently.

- Manual dexterity required for using various tool such as calipers wrenches and screw drivers.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee cam be exposed to extreme heat and cold temperatures and must be able to tolerate temperature changes. Working conditions include exposure to: noise fumes dust or airborne particles hot and cold surfaces and sharp edges. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
SHIFTS:
- 1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM You will normally work this shift however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.
