Job Summary
The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and productivity within our organization. This position demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM You will normally work this shift however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.
- Operate under the direct supervision of the Department Supervisor adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Assume responsibility for assigning and directing workers in accordance with stringent production volume requirements cost constraints and quality standards.
- Ensure the timely achievement of production goals and adherence to critical delivery schedules.
- Maintain a constant focus on operational excellence prioritizing efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to address and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
- Continuously monitor and report on production metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications :

- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Forklift experience - Minimum of 3 years
