Job Summary
What youll do
Were looking for a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to support an individual in their home helping them live as independently as possible. Its a great opportunity to develop your skills while making a real difference.
We are looking for warm reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join an established care package supporting a lady living in her own home. She experiences ongoing mental health challenges and requires consistent personcentered support to promote her wellbeing independence and daily routine. This role is ideal for someone patient emotionally resilient and confident in providing calm grounded support. Applicants must be comfortable around cats happy to interact with them and able to support a household where animals play an important emotional role.
As a Complex Care Assistant you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs including:
- Food preparation.
- Cleaning/laundry duties.
- Feeding the cats and cleaning the litter tray
- Escorting duties
- Helping to manage anxiety
- Medication management
Qualifications :
