The Role - Your Passion

• Planning & Budgeting: Drive planning and budgeting processes coordinating with key decision makers in the business. Preferred candidates feel confident to take control of and enhance 13 week liquidity projections.

• Reporting: Professionalize and adapt reporting for capital providers (equity and debt investors such as banks).

• Project Work: Engage in various project-specific tasks such as process improvements and automation that require financial expertise and deep analysis.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the major business units at roadsurfer providing analytical and financial support for cross-functional projects.

• Process Optimization: Rethink and further develop existing processes to ensure a higher level of professionalism and efficiency.

What you need to ride the wave with us:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in financial consulting (investment banking corporate finance advisory transaction services) or internal finance/strategy roles ideally in the travel sector or in a B2C business.

• You are a strong team player and collaborate with the Finance team and also cross-departmental.

• You love and create structure but also thrive in a dynamic work environment.

• You possess a deep understanding of financial statements and strong financial modeling skills.

• You have excellent analytical skills combined with a strong business understanding.

• Experience working with Lucanet is a plus.

• You are fluent in English.
